I actually like pickled jalapeño better than fresh for pizza. I just made a pepperoni, pineapple, and jalapeño pizza the other day, but I used fresh because I had a bunch and I didn’t want them to go bad.

If you are in the mood to experiment, try using cherry peppers instead of jalapenos. I like your combo but I like using cherry peppers even more
